Fitness part 1

Most of the people think FITNESS is just going to gym, working out for hours and go home and eat pizza and eat junk stuff will make them grow the way they watching other pro fitness model. This is where they get caught in. Excercise and diet goes side by side. If you putting 100per effort in the gym, you need to put 100per effort when it comes to diet. Different people have different body type, if one is eating junk and still manage to get lean muscle it's his metabolism is fast enough to digest it. You can see so many people work harder than other people but still they look the same after couple of years. DIET is everything, weather you are doing for fitness or for bodybuilding diet is the key point. As they say abs are made in the kitchen YES, it is true. What you eat when you get back from gym is what makes you what you want to be.
